We collect the information you choose to provide and use it to deliver the services you request. We do not sell personal information. To access, correct or delete your information, contact centerpieceapps@gmail.com.

Who we are
centerpiecesystems.com is operated by CENTERPIECE SYSTEMS. CENTERPIECE SYSTEMS is a trade name of BLNE Studio LLC, a New York limited liability company. 329 South Oyster Bay Road #2287, Plainview, NY 11803, USA. centerpieceapps@gmail.com.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If a submission cannot be sent, it may be held temporarily in your browser and retried. If our practices change, we will update this policy.
Collaborators you name
Collaborators you add are not displayed to others or contacted on your behalf unless they join and opt in themselves.
Where the law requires consent, we email you only with your consent. Otherwise, you may receive our occasional letter unless you decline. Every message identifies CENTERPIECE SYSTEMS, includes our postal address, and offers an unsubscribe link.
The network
Information in the CENTERPIECE network is visible to other members only if you opt in. You may withdraw at any time.
Calls and sessions
Introductory calls are not recorded. Paid sessions may be recorded, with notice at booking and at the start of the session, so that we can prepare your written materials. Recordings and transcripts are used only for your engagement, are processed by our video and AI service providers, and are generally deleted once your materials are delivered, unless you ask us to keep them or the law requires it. You may decline recording; we will take notes instead.
After a session we may give you a private page summarising what was decided, what is still open, what you will do and what we will send. It is for you alone; it stays available while your engagement is active and is deleted with the rest of your engagement materials. Anything you add on that page (ticks, comments, disagreements) is seen only by us and is used only for your engagement.
Service providers
We use service providers to host, process and store information on our behalf, under terms that restrict their use of it. They currently include Make (form processing), Airtable (database), a website hosting provider, Anthropic (AI assistance in organizing submissions and drafting replies; AI-written content is labelled) and, once we begin sending email, an email delivery provider. We may change providers. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Raw form submissions are generally de-identified within 90 days. Your profile, credits and preferences are kept until you ask us to delete them.

When information is deleted, productions and companies you added may remain listed without you, and we may keep a minimal record of your request so that you are not added again. Write to centerpieceapps@gmail.com from the address you used with us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 and will delete it if we learn we have.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date.
Terms
Acceptance
By using centerpiecesystems.com or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. We may update them; continued use after an update means you accept it.
Your submissions
- Submit only information that is accurate and that you have the right to share. Credits should reflect your own work.
- By submitting credits, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, organize and, if you opt in, display them within the CENTERPIECE network. You may withdraw that permission at any time.
- Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, or confidential to others.
- We may correct, merge or remove any entry, and may suspend access to the site, at our discretion.
Accuracy
Credits are self-reported unless marked verified. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the site.
Intellectual property
The site, the CENTERPIECE name and mark, and all content we publish are the property of CENTERPIECE SYSTEMS. Links are welcome; reproduction is not.
Services
Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, signed before work begins. Nothing on this site is an offer that can be accepted by submitting a form.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the use of this site is limited to US$100. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from information you submit.
Third-party links
The site may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
